Ms. Pan is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the corporate and finance group.  She represents public and private companies in mergers, reorganizations, acquisitions, and asset sales and purchases.

Ms. Pan is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Ms. Pan received her J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and Associate Member and Articles Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review.  Ms. Pan received her B.A. with honors from the University of Miami.
