Russell R. Rosler

Columbus Office

Mr. Rosler is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the corporate and finance practice group.  He advises clients on the organization, equity finance, governance, acquisition, and disposition of businesses, as well as on general business and contract matters.  Mr. Rosler 's areas of concentration include entity choice and formation involving start-up ventures as well as reorganizations of existing ventures.  He also is involved in structuring and implementing early stage investments, growth equity investments, leveraged buy-outs, mergers, equity acquisitions, assets acquisitions and recapitalization transactions.  In addition, Mr. Rosler focuses on exit and change-in-control strategies involving existing and contemplated private equity investments, contractual and fiduciary duty disputes, transactional post-closing indemnification and breach of contract matters, and capital markets financings with emphasis on the health care industry.

Mr. Rosler is a member of the American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Rosler received his J.D. from Cornell University Law School and his B.A. magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Eta Sigma.
