Michael G. Berner

Columbus Office

Mr. Berner is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the corporate and finance group.  His corporate practice includes general corporate law, federal securities regulation and corporate governance.  He represents clients involved in mergers and stock and asset acquisitions and has counseled clients on matters of securities regulation and reporting.

Mr. Berner is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Berner received his J.D. summa cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law where he was Editor of the Syracuse Law Review.  He received his M.P.A. from the Syracuse University Maxwell School of Public Administration and his B.A. summa cum laude from St. Lawrence University.
