Tyler B. Pensyl

Columbus Office

Mr. Pensyl is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group.  His general litigation practice focuses on business, commercial and contract litigation.  Mr. Pensyl also has experience litigating issues regarding the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. 

Mr. Pensyl is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.

Mr. Pensyl received his J.D. from The University of Toledo summa cum laude where he graduated as Valedictorian and was an Associate Member and Technical Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review.  He also participated on the Constitutional Law Moot Court Team in 2005-2006.  He received his B.A. cum laude from Denison University.
