Marquettes D. Robinson
Cleveland Office
Ms. Robinson is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the litigation practice. She specializes in corporate litigation and handles a wide range of disputes, including defense of asbestos and manganese poisoning toxic tort/product liability claims, attorney and accountant malpractice defense and prosecution, and consumer lending disputes involving real estate and personal loans. Ms. Robinson has experience defending and prosecuting class actions. She also has trial, arbitration and mediation experience.
Her notable experience includes:
- First chairing a federal bench trial on an ERISA governed life insurance dispute and winning on an oral motion for directed verdict after the close of evidence
Ms. Robinson received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, and her B.A. from Harvard University.
