Mr. Tocco is a partner in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the litigation group.  His practice focuses on securities litigation, particularly defense of professional liability claims brought against lawyers, accountants and securities dealers.  He frequently defends investigations and claims brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Tocco has given presentations on joint and several liability in securities litigation, minimizing the risk of professional liability claims, and the work product doctrine for corporate counsel.

Mr. Tocco is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Justinian Forum.

Mr. Tocco received his J.D. cum laude from Case Western Reserve University Law School and his B.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan Business School.
