Mr. Hendershot is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office.  He is a member of the litigation group and his practice focuses on appellate issues and securities law.  Mr. Hendershot has extensive experience briefing arguments and motions in the Ohio Supreme Court, Ohio's appellate courts, and the federal appellate courts.

Mr. Hendershot is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Hendershot received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and a member of The Virginia Law Review.  He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Mr. Hendershot clerked for The Honorable Jerry E. Smith in the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.  He later clerked for The Honorable Terrence O’Donnell in the Ohio Supreme Court.

Before joining Vorys, Mr. Hendershot was an associate with the law firm of Perkins Coie Brown & Bain P.A. in Phoenix, Arizona.
