Blake A. Snider

Mr. Snider is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the probate and tax practice group specializing in state and local tax planning, compliance, and litigation. His practice focuses primarily on representing businesses, trade associations and individuals in connection with corporate income and franchise tax, pass-through entity tax, sales and use tax, commercial activity tax, personal income tax, municipal income tax, real property tax and personal property tax matters.
His notable experience includes:
- Representing clients in matters before the Ohio Department of Taxation and other states' tax agencies, county boards of revision, and the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals
- Being a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant
Mr. Snider is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
Mr. Snider has been a guest lecturer on state and local tax matters for the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, the Tax Executives Institute, and various trade associations.
Mr. Snider received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, and his B.S. summa cum laude from The Ohio State University.
