Gretchen Jeffries

Columbus Office

Ms. Jeffries is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the commercial and real estate group.  Her practice consists of commercial real property acquisition, sale, development, including annexation and zoning matters, leasing and disposition.  She advises clients with respect to commercial mortgage lending and other loan matters as well as in multiple economic development incentive projects, including projects with community reinvestment area exemptions and tax increment financing.

Her notable experience includes:

• Advising on and closing multimillion dollar loan and real estate transactions

Ms. Jeffries is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, and the Columbus Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

Ms. Jeffries received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law with Honors and her B.A. from The Ohio State University, summa cum laude.

Ms. Jeffries is a member of the editorial staff of the American Bar Association Real Property, Probate and Trust e-REPORT, and is a member of the planning committee for the annual Real Property Law Institute sponsored by the Real Property Committee of the Columbus Bar Association.
