Andrew F. Palmieri

Mr. Palmieri is a partner in the Vorys Alexandria office and a member of the commercial and real estate practice group.  He specializes in complex commercial, corporate and real estate transactions, including the development and acquisition of multi-family residential and commercial real estate projects.  He assists clients in the acquiring, financing, leasing and selling commercial projects.  Mr. Palmieri represents small and emerging national and international business enterprises in such matters as choice and formation of business entities, state and regulatory corporate compliance, business acquisitions, employee relations, contract negotiations and other general business considerations.

Career highlights include:

  • Developing commercial real estate projects from the acquisition of unimproved land, through site development, construction lending, leasing and sale
  • Negotiating multi-family housing acquisitions with sellers, lenders, equity investors and assisting in due diligence for such transactions
  • Negotiating commercial leases on behalf of landlords or tenants
  • Negotiating business services agreements, product distribution agreements, employment agreements and other commercial transactions

Mr. Palmieri is a member of the American Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.

Mr. Palmieri is a frequent panelist for both substantive and practical career path programs for the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law.

Mr. Palmieri received his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and his B.S. from St. John’s University.
