Mr. Solomon is of counsel in the Vorys Akron office and a member of the litigation group.  He specializes in business and banking litigation. He represents defendants in suits involving the Uniform Commercial Code, ERISA, breach of contract, intentional torts, and a variety of common law claims.

Career highlights include:

• Defending financial institutions in class actions involving check cashing and check endorsement issues
• Defending a large manufacturer in a class action involving retiree benefits

Mr. Solomon is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Akron Bar Association.

Mr. Solomon received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and his A.B. from Cornell University.
