Frederick E. Mills

Mr. Mills is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the corporate and finance practice group. He provides counsel on legislative matters and governmental relations to Ohio, regional, national and international clients.
Career highlights include:
- Serving as the Chief of Staff, Clerk and majority Counsel for the Ohio House of Representatives
- Serving as the Ohio Superintendent of Banks
- Serving as a legislative assistant to former Ohio Governor James Rhodes
Mr. Mills is a member of the Columbus Bar Association.
Mr. Mills has lectured on the rules making process in Ohio.
Mr. Mills received his J.D. from Capital University Law School and his B.S. from The Ohio State University.
