Mr. Miller is a staff attorney in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the labor and employment group.  His practice includes counseling employers in all areas of employee relations. 

His notable experience includes:

• Defending employers in class and collective actions nationwide
• Defending employers in charges of discrimination nationwide

Mr. Miller is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Michigan State Bar Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Mr. Miller is a frequent speaker on all aspects of employment law, including sexual harassment, wage and hour law, and state and federal law dealing with equal employment opportunities.

Mr. Miller received his J.D. from the Michigan State University College of Law where he was a member of the Michigan State Law.  He received his A.B. from Albion College.
