Elizabeth E.W. Weinewuth

Cincinnati Office

Ms. Weinewuth is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the litigation practice.  Ms. Weinewuth has a diverse litigation practice in which she represents individuals, small businesses, and large corporations both as plaintiffs and defendants.  She  specializes in litigation and appeals, business and commercial law, and employment law.  She has had experience with cases involving the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), wrongful termination, discrimination, and ERISA.

Ms. Weinewuth is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Ms. Weinwuth received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where she was an Associate Member and Student Articles Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review.  She received her B.A. magna cum laude from Kenyon College where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
