Mr. Daiker is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office where he is a member of the litigation practice group.  He has experience in product liability, toxic tort, and other types of complex litigation matters.

Mr. Daiker is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association.

Mr. Daiker received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law where he was a member of the Ohio State Law Journal and served on the American Bar Association National Moot Court Team.  He received his M.A. from Ohio University and his B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
