Mr. Davis is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the commercial and real estate group.  Mr. Davis has a broad real estate practice, representing developers and property owners in a wide range of activities, including acquisitions, leasing, construction contracting, and financing transactions.  Mr. Davis has also overseen the operation of the Vorys wholly owned title insurance agency for more than 25 years.

Career highlights include:

• Representing a large commercial development on a $405 million securitized financing transaction, and on all major construction contracts
• Representing a small college on multiple acquisitions in connection with campus expansion projects
• Representing a large insurance company in connection with its recent headquarters expansion, including negotiating the design and construction management agreements

Mr. Davis is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association.

Mr. Davis received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and received his A.B. magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College.
