Albert G. Lin
Columbus Office
Mr. Lin is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group. His practice focuses on securities, data security and complex corporate litigation.
His notable experience includes:
- Representation of a retailer in consolidated securities and derivative class actions relating to allegations of insider trading and stock price manipulation
- Representation of retailers and financial institutions in consolidated class actions relating to computer-hacking and data compromise
Mr. Lin is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and is the founder and President of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Central Ohio.
Mr. Lin received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his B.A. summa cum laude from The Ohio State University where he was Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Lin clerked for The Honorable Ann Aldrich on the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio and the Honorable R. Guy Cole, Jr. on the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.
