Mr. McCormick is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group.  He represents parties in general business litigation, employment matters, and commercial and contract disputes.

His notable experience includes:

• Serving as a Prosecutor for the City of Bexley and representing the city in various criminal and code enforcement matters

Mr. McCormick is a member of the Columbus Bar Association.

Mr. McCormick received his J.D. with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and his B.S. magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Mr. McCormick clerked for the Honorable James L. Graham in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. 

Mr. McCormick was a legal clerk for the United States Senate Judiciary Committee from May 2000 to August 2000 and an Aide to United States Senator Russ Feingold from 1997 to 1999.
