John Gerak
Cleveland Office
Mr. Gerak is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the labor and employment practice group. He has represented employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters.
His notable experience includes:
- Litigating class action discrimination and wage and hour cases
Mr. Gerak is a member of the Cleveland Employment Law Inns of Court and the Federal Bar Association.
Mr. Gerak has presented numerous seminars on labor and employment law topics, including the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, trends in harassment and discrimination law, and drafting employee handbooks in a mixed-union environment.
Mr. Gerak received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, his M.B.A. from Fontbonne College and his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University.
