Mr. Calabrese is a partner in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the corporate and finance group.  He counsels clients on tax-exempt and taxable financings, the Ohio Sunshine Law, public records requests, public bidding requirements and related matters. He also advises underwriters, certain state agencies, counties, school districts, cities, villages, port authorities, airports, and other political subdivisions.

Mr. Calabrese also advises Taft-Hartley plans and privately held companies on various transactional and governance matters.

Career highlights include:

• Representing public bodies in all aspects of finance and governance
• Being involved in some of the largest public financings in the State of Ohio
• Being involved in some of the largest urban redevelopment financings in the State of Ohio

Mr. Calabrese is a member of the National Association of Bond Attorneys, the Cleveland Bar Association, the Government Finance Officers Association, and the Justinian Forum.

Mr. Calabrese received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his B.A. magna cum laude from Georgetown University.
