Mr. Zelasko is a senior attorney in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the corporate and finance, and insurance groups.  He concentrates his practice in all areas of federal and state securities laws, as well as, limited liability company and limited partnership law and Ohio insurance laws.

Mr. Zelasko received his J.D. from the Capital University Law School where he was a member of the Order of Curia and his B.S. cum laude from Mount Union College.

Before joining Vorys, Mr. Zelasko was a staff attorney with the Ohio Division of Securities from 1981 to 1985, Supervisor of the Registration Section of the Ohio Division of Securities from 1985 to 1987, and Attorney Inspector of the Ohio Division of Securities, 1987.
