Andrea L. Ebreck
Columbus Office
Ms. Ebreck is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the labor and employment practice group. She specializes in health care law and advises clients on a wide range of state and federal regulatory issues, including licensure/certification, cost reporting and reimbursement, fraud and abuse, and Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid compliance.
Her notable experience includes:
- Advising numerous large and small health care organizations on compliance issues, including the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and Medicaid cost reporting
- Addressing the legal issues faced by behavioral healthcare providers, providers of services to individuals with mental retardation and developmental disabilities, nursing homes, and home health agencies
- Representing numerous claimants before the Social Security Administration and in administrative appeals for Medicaid and Social Security benefits
Ms. Ebreck is a member of the Columbus Bar Association.
Ms. Ebreck received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law where she was the Associate Editor of the Washington University Law Quarterly. She received her B.A. with highest honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
