Charles A. LoPresti

Cleveland Office

Mr. LoPresti is a staff attorney in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the litigation practice group.  His practice focuses on all aspects of business, corporate and commercial litigation.  He has experience in litigating cases in the areas of labor and employment, employee benefits/ERISA, tax, public law and finance, bankruptcy, toxic tort, health care, insurance, construction, securities and general business law.

Mr. LoPresti is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association and a member of the Federal Bar Association (Northern District of Ohio) Board of Directors.

Mr. LoPresti received his J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law and his LL.M. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.  He received his B.A. cum laude, his M.P.A. and M.B.A. from Cleveland State University where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Before joining Vorys, Mr. LoPresti served as an Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Cleveland.  During his tenure with the City, he gained extensive litigation experience, conducting dozens of bench and jury trials for both the Domestic Violence Unit and the General Criminal Division.
