Mr. Ross is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the corporate and finance group. His practice is in general corporate and business law, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions and securities.
Mr. Ross is a member of the American Bar Association.
Mr. Ross received his J.D. cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law. He received his B.A. cum laude from Denison University where he was Phi Beta Kappa and the recipient of the J.P. Levis Award. While in law school in 2004, Mr. Ross clerked for The Honorable Robert P. Doherty, Jr. of the 23rd Judicial Circuit of Virginia.
