Mr. Hudok is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the commercial and real estate practice group. He currently focuses his practice on the representation of private lenders in the refinancing of multifamily housing, nursing home and assisted living facility projects where the loan is to be insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

His notable experience includes:

• Extensive involvement in multimillion dollar HUD insured loans

Mr. Hudok received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and his B.A. from Bowling Green State University.
