Mr. Britt is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the litigation practice group.  He focuses on business, commercial, employment, construction and insurance litigation.  Mr. Britt’s experience includes products liability, legal malpractice, white collar crime, personal injury and will contests in addition to being involved in a number of class action matters.

His notable experience includes:

• Defending a large manufacturer in punitive class action against sexual harassment claims
• Defending former executives against claims for violation of non-compete, tortuous interference, trademark infringement and conversion
• Prosecuting claims to enforce rights in chattel paper and obtaining a multi-million dollar settlement

Mr. Britt is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and Cincinnati Bar Association and Federal Bar Association.

Mr. Britt has given presentations on alternative dispute resolution, the fundamentals of construction law and the competitive bidding process.

Mr. Britt received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his B.S. from Indiana University.
