Mr. Miller is a senior attorney in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the labor and employment group. His practice involves discrimination and fair employment practice defense, individual employment rights counsel, and workers’ compensation litigation. Mr. Miller has special expertise in disability discrimination relating to facilities access under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Amendments Act.

Career highlights include:

• Extensive nationwide experience in defending disability discrimination claims based on access to public accommodations and commercial facilities under Title III of the American with Disabilities Act
• Serving as co-defense counsel in an age discrimination trial for a national client in Mississippi federal district court

Mr. Miller has made numerous presentations and written papers on all phases of labor and employment with a special emphasis on disability discrimination defense.

Mr. Miller received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Colorado.
