Donald J. Shuller

Mr. Shuller is a partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office and is a member of the commercial and real estate group.  His practice focuses on commercial real estate development and finance.  Mr. Shuller represents developers, purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and lenders with respect to all types of commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial and multi-family residential transactions.

Career highlights include:

  • Representing corporate clients on numerous occasions in the search, selection, acquisition and development of sites for office and industrial facilities
  • Representing Hamilton County, Ohio in the development of Cincinnati Central Riverfront
  • Frequently representing commercial landlords and tenants in complex lease transactions

Mr. Shuller is a regular speaker at Ohio State Bar Association CLE Institute programs on commercial real estate law.

Mr. Shuller is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks (NAOIP).

Mr. Shuller received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and his B.S. degree cum laude from the University of Virginia where he was Beta Gamma Sigma.
