Mr. Purcell is a partner in the Vorys Washington, D.C. office practicing corporate and international law with a focus on transactional matters, domestic and international finance, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Mr. Purcell also provides broad business counseling to both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Career highlights include:
- Representing clients in over one hundred transactions before the Export-Import Bank of the United States
Mr. Purcell is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar. Mr. Purcell is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
