Robin L. Grant

Columbus Office

Ms. Grant is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the corporate and finance practice group.  She specializes in corporate merger and acquisition transactions, banking and insurance regulatory compliance, de novo bank formations, federal highway and transit transportation funding, nonprofit mergers, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Grant is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.

Ms. Grant received her J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law where she was the Marketing Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, and a founding associate and team leader of The Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law. She received her B.A. magna cum laude from The Ohio State University.
