Mr. Mann is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the tax group.  His federal tax practice is broad, and includes tax planning, taxable and tax-free corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings, partnerships, limited liability companies, and joint ventures, including investment funds, financial instruments, venture capital transactions, real estate transactions, New Markets Tax Credits, and Historic Tax Credits.

Mr. Mann is a member of the American Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.

Mr. Mann received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law where he was a Stone Scholar and was a staff member and Editor of the Columbia Law Review.  He received his B.S. summa cum laude from Case Western Reserve University.

Before joining Vorys, Mr. Mann was an associate with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York.
