Scott A. Carroll
Cincinnati Office
Mr. Carroll is a partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the labor and employment group. He has represented clients across the spectrum of labor and employment law, including wrongful discharge litigation, collective bargaining, union avoidance, and human resources counseling.
Career highlights include:
- Defeating class certification in race and sex harassment cases
- Serving as national employment counsel for a variety of businesses
Mr. Carroll is a member of the United States Sixth Circuit Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
Mr. Carroll lectures frequently on all aspects of labor and employment law matters.
Mr. Carroll received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. He received his B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.
Mr. Carroll clerked for The Honorable Sandra S. Beckwith, United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
