Tara K. Burke

Ms. Burke is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the labor and employment practice group. She counsels clients in all areas of employment law including contractual issues, disability discrimination, Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), wage and hour laws, other state and federal regulations, and general human resource counseling. She also represents clients in litigation including wrongful termination claims and wage and hour claims.

Ms. Burke is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Ms. Burke has made presentations on a variety of employment law and personnel related matters.

Ms. Burke received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. She received her B.A. from Xavier University.
