Mr. Miller is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the tax group.  He has represented clients in transactional and organizational planning to minimize federal income and employment tax liability for business entities.  He has also represented taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service in collection matters and cases of disputed liability.

His notable experience includes:

• Regularly working on federal income tax issues for Fortune 500 companies including corporate reorganizations
• Assisting in the represention of major public utilities before the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals on property tax matters

Mr. Miller is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Miller received his J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law and his B.S. summa cum laude from The Ohio State University.
