Ms. Herbert is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the commercial and real estate group. She represents developers, owners, investors, and lenders in commercial and mixed use real estate projects. She also practices in the areas of condominium formation, homeowners’ association law, commercial real estate financing, general contract law, purchase and sale of real estate, and consumer law.

Ms. Herbert is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and the Columbus Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women.

Ms. Herbert received her J.D. cum laude from Cornell University Law School and was a member of the Cornell Law Review.  She received her B.S.B.A. summa cum laude from The Ohio State University.
