Ms. Swary is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the employment and labor practice.  She has experience in the design, drafting and implementation of nonqualified deferred compensation plans and other executive compensation arrangements, including employment contracts, severance arrangements and equity-based compensation plans.  In addition, Ms. Swary has experience with executive compensation and employee benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Ms. Swary is a member of the American Bar Association and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.

Ms. Swary received her J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law and her B.A. from Duke University.

Before joining Vorys, Ms. Swary was an associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.
