Mr. Holaday is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group.  His practice includes defending clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts in actions involving general business issues, public records and open meetings law, intentional tort for premises liability, product liability, workplace accidents, and in toxic tort litigation related to asbestos, silica, and various chemical exposures.

His notable experience includes:

• Successfully representing clients in state and federal appellate courts in various business-related lawsuits
• Defending several Fortune 500 companies in complex litigation involving product liability, premises liability and supplier liability
• Serving as lead defense counsel for the coordination of group efforts in discovery, negotiation, and trial preparation in Ohio asbestos litigation

Mr. Holaday is a member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Columbus Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.

Mr. Holaday received his J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.  He received his B.S. from Miami University.
