Mr. Paige is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the corporate and finance practice.  He has assisted private companies in entity formation and has also been involved in mergers and acquisitions involving both private and public companies as well as negotiating and preparing general corporate and commercial agreements.

Mr. Paige is a member of the Columbus Bar Association.

Mr. Paige received his J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law where he served as the Associate Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal.  He received his M.B.A. from The Ohio State University and his B.A. summa cum laude from Ohio University where he was Phi Beta Kappa.
