Mr. Webbs is a senior attorney in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the litigation practice group.  He specializes in workers' compensation litigation and has extensive experience in both the administrative and trial aspects of the practice.  Mr. Webbs is also involved in asbestos products liability litigation.

His notable experience includes:

• Trying over 20 cases
• Defending large corporations

Mr. Webbs received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his B.A. from Oberlin College.

Mr. Webbs is a frequent speaker on asbestos litigation statutory interpretation as well as a wide range of workers ' compensation issues.

Before joining Vorys, Mr. Webbs was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio.
