Adam K. Brandt

Mr. Brandt is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office where he is a member of the corporate and finance group. In his practice, he advises clients on matters related to federal securities regulation, including public and private securities offerings and tender offers, corporate governance matters, including, executive compensation, board of director matters and stock exchange regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law matters.

Mr. Brandt is a member of the Columbus Bar Association.
Mr. Brandt has been a speaker on changes to federal securities laws on numerous occasions.
Mr. Brandt received his J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. cum laude from Williams College.
