Ms. Spain is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation practice.  Her practice focuses on a wide range of civil litigation including workers ' compensation, employment, the Family and Medical Leave Act, personal injury, toxic tort and general commercial litigation.  Her workers ' compensation experience encompasses administrative hearings as well as court appeals and mandamus actions.

Her notable experience includes:

• Appellate work before the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit
• Arguing before the Ohio Court of Appeals Tenth District

Ms. Spain is a member of the Columbus Bar Association.

Ms. Spain received her J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and her B.A. cum laude from Miami University.
