Elia O. Woyt
Cleveland Office
Mr. Woyt is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office where he practices in the area of business and commercial law. He counsels clients on various transactions, including secured transactions, financing transactions, loan restructurings, and real estate matters. Mr. Woyt also has significant experience representing creditors and other parties in bankruptcies, receiverships and other matters.
Mr. Woyt is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Mr. Woyt has spoken at seminars on loan documentation, loan restructurings, receiverships, bankruptcies and lender liability.
Mr. Woyt received his J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law where he was the Managing Editor of the Journal of East European Law. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Canisius College.
