William A. Sieck
Columbus Office
Mr. Sieck is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group. He has handled a wide range of business and commercial litigation, including oil and gas, insurance coverage, non-compete and trade secret, commercial property, tax, healthcare, personal injury, and toxic tort litigation in both state and federal court. He also has experience in attorney professional responsibility representation.
His notable experience includes:
- Successfully prevailing on a motion to dismiss in a federal consumer class action
Mr. Sieck received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he was Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, a member of the Order of the Coif and a Keedy Cup Moot Court Competition Finalist. He received his B.A. cum laude from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Sieck has been a speaker on Ohio asbestos reform.
Mr. Sieck clerked for The Honorable William H. John, Jr., United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
