T. Gregory Apocotos

Mr. Apocotos is a paralegal in the Vorys Cincinnati office, involved primarily in construction law.  His work focuses on the review, analysis, settlement and mediation of trade contractor claims, contractual obligations of design professionals, establishing causes of action for design error/omission and assisting in expert preparation.  His work involves summarizing the key issues relating to various construction projects by reviewing the information and data contained in the contract documents, certified payroll records, change orders, construction change directives, architectural supplemental instructions, requests for information and construction correspondence.

Mr. Apocotos is a member of the Ohio State Bar and the State Bar of Nevada.

Mr. Apocotos served in the U.S. Army and received an Honorable Discharge in 1972 at the rank of Sgt. E-5.
