Rajeev K. Adlakha
Mr. Adlakha is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the litigation group, where his practice is focused on civil business litigation. Before joining Vorys, Mr. Adlakha practiced for several years as an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
Mr. Adlakha has experience in a wide range of complex commercial matters, including in the areas of patent infringement, securities fraud, antitrust, technology standardization, commercial contract disputes, business torts, shareholder derivative actions, and claims under the bankruptcy code. He has advised clients in all stages of litigation and arbitration, from pre-suit and pretrial to trial and appeal. His clients have included financial institutions, technology companies, energy companies, accounting firms, pharmaceutical companies, and directors and officers of public corporations.
Mr. Adlakha received his J.D. magna cum laude from the New York University School of Law, where he was named a Pomeroy Scholar and was an Articles Editor of the Law Review. He received his B.A. degree from Yale University.
Mr. Adlakha was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Harry T. Edwards on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Before attending law school, he served as a Special Assistant to the Cabinet Secretary at the White House.
